Yes, Shaina's Sparkle is fully insured and bonded. This protects both our clients and our team members in the rare event of an accident or damage during cleaning. We're happy to provide proof of insurance upon request.

Regular cleaning focuses on the surfaces and areas that need weekly or bi-weekly attention to maintain a clean home. Deep cleaning is a more comprehensive service that tackles built-up dirt and grime in areas that aren't cleaned regularly. Deep cleaning includes everything in our standard cleaning plus tasks like cleaning inside appliances, behind and under furniture, baseboards, door frames, window sills, and more detailed attention throughout your home.

Our move-in/move-out cleaning is our most thorough service, designed to leave a property completely clean for new occupants. It includes everything in our deep cleaning service plus additional attention to areas like inside all cabinets and drawers, thorough cleaning of all appliances inside and out, detailed cleaning of light fixtures, full window and track cleaning, and special attention to remove all traces of previous occupancy.

We bring all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment, including eco-friendly cleaning products, vacuums, mops, and microfiber cloths. However, if you prefer that we use your specific products or equipment, we're happy to do so.

Yes, in addition to our standard residential and commercial cleaning services, we offer specialty services including:

Pricing Questions

Our pricing is based on several factors including the size of your space, the type of service requested (standard, deep, or move-in/move-out), the current condition of the space, and any additional services needed. Yes! We offer discounts for regularly scheduled cleaning services. The more frequently we clean, the better value we can offer. Weekly cleanings receive our best rates, followed by bi-weekly and monthly services. We also offer seasonal promotions and referral discounts.

In most cases, there's no extra charge for homes with pets. However, if there is excessive pet hair or special cleaning needs related to pets, there might be a small additional fee. We'll discuss this during the quote process.

We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, e-transfer, and cash. For recurring services, many clients prefer to set up automatic payments for convenience.

For standard residential cleanings, we typically don't require a deposit. However, for larger jobs such as post-construction or move-in/move-out cleanings, we may request a 25% deposit to secure your booking. The deposit is fully refundable with 48 hours notice of cancellation.

Booking Questions

For regular cleaning services, we recommend booking 1-2 weeks in advance to secure your preferred day and time. For deep cleaning or move-in/move-out services, 2-3 weeks notice is ideal, especially during busy seasons (spring, summer, holidays). However, we understand that cleaning needs can arise unexpectedly, so we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when possible.

We request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a fee of 50% of the service cost. Of course, we understand that emergencies happen, and we're always willing to work with our clients in special circumstances.

Yes, if you have a preference for specific team members, we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Many of our clients appreciate having the same trusted professionals clean their homes regularly, and we strive to maintain consistency when possible.

Your satisfaction is our priority! If you're not completely happy with any aspect of our service, please let us know within 24 hours, and we'll return to re-clean the areas of concern at no additional cost. We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
